Beauty Smoothie

This refreshing breakfast drink is full of beauty nutrients to keep your skin young and supple, including vitamin C from orange juice, vitamin E from wheat germ, and antioxidants from blueberries or mango.

1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 banana
1–2 tablespoons wheat germ
1/2 cup frozen blueberries or frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup ice cubes

Blend all ingredients in blender. Serves 1.
