Lose a Pound in One Week

Skip the latte (easily 250 calories) and try one of these moves that burn another 250:
Ride your bike (15 mph+) for 30 minutes.
Deep clean your house for 45 minutes.
Play singles tennis for 50 minutes.
Power walk (3-4 mph) for 60 minutes.
