Super Smoothie

This powerhouse packs protein for energy and fiber to keep you full:

8 ounces cranberry or pomegranate juice or water
2 teaspoons any popular fiber supplement (goal: 10 grams of fiber)
6 ounces any low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen mixed fruit

Fill a blender in this order to keep the frozen fruit from jamming the blades: liquid, yogurt, fiber and fruit. Blend until smooth and enjoy! Serves 1.
