Vitamin C to fight Colds

Does anyone else take vitamin c or drink orange juice daily to get plenty of vitamin c? I try to drink a glass of orange juice everyday and have noticed that I don’t get colds as often. When I do start to get a scratchy throat or people in my office are sick, I’ll usually take one of those Airborne tablets that is full of vitamin c in order to boost my immune system. It seems after doing that, I either don’t get a cold or it’s very mild.

I’ve been getting Vitamin D because October 2009 when my sister’s buddy stated that simply because there had been so little sunshine this summer time where we live, individuals had been lacking Vitamin D and a lot more susceptible to obtaining unwell. Given that I had already gotten truly ill twice because May, I was not inclined to argue and purchased some. I’ve been taking it when inside the morning with my breakfast. I can honestly say that I have not gotten sick as soon as since, not even close. I also walk to/from function, inside the cold, snow, what ever Mother Nature throws my way. Nonetheless not obtaining unwell. Even if it’s the placebo effect—I don’t care. Nevertheless works!

Well vitamin C is the best for human body As my opinion vitamin C is the best at morning time you can take juice and fruits at morning it really helpful to fight again cold.

Lots of people swear that vitamin C can keep colds at bay. They’re in good company. Nobel prize-winning scientist Linus Pauling believed it too. So the idea would seem to be nothing to sneeze at. But the cold, hard facts suggest otherwise.

Vitamin C is helpful and really good for our body and i would like to suggest that people should take it in juice form as orange juice because it keeps your mind fresh and healthy too..
