Are there nutritional or herbal supplements that improve blood flow?

Hello Friends…....

had a heart attack several years ago. I am overweight but am following a diet and exercise program that is working well. I am also taking several medications – including a beta blocker and Zocor – which seem to be working well. My question is this: Are there any nutritional or herbal supplements available to improve blood flow? Would chelation therapy help?

Since I had previously gotten truly unwell twice since Might, I was not inclined to argue and bought some. I have been using it as soon as inside the morning with my breakfast. I can honestly say that I’ve not gotten unwell as soon as given that, not even close. I also walk to/from function, in the cold, snow, what ever Mother Nature throws my way. Nevertheless not obtaining ill. Even if it is the placebo effect—I don’t care. Nonetheless operates!

Well I am not sure that nutritional or herbal supplements are improve our blood flow. But I recommended yoga is the best for improve our blood flow In yoga there are lots of step which are increase our blood circulation and and also flow.

Cardiac patients who are very strict diet, especially such high food containing fat, more should stay at a respectful distance. And they can’t eat the foods high in cholesterol. Also, they must quit cigarettes, tea and coffee. This is my suggestion. thanks.

Hi, supplements often have no therapeutic claims. I guess the best prevention for heart attacks is maintaining a healthy lifestyle. What you do, feel, and eat are the vital components that will affect your state of health..So choose to stay healthy by eating well balanced foods, live in a clean environment and avoid stress :D

Yes there are herbal supplements too with the help of which you can easily solve your heart problems too but what i would like to say is try to take good care of your health from very first day in order to stay healthy for a long time..

Well There is an availability of natural foods in form of Fruits and Green vegetables that might be really helpful to improve blood flow . I think you need to use these .
